Session Management
Session Management gives you full visibility into all active and historical login sessions across your business staff. Monitor who is logged in, from where, on which device, and terminate any suspicious session instantly.
Information Captured Per Session
- User — Which staff member is logged in
- Login Time — Exact timestamp when the session started
- Last Activity — Most recent action performed in that session
- Device Type — Desktop, tablet, or mobile
- Browser & OS — Browser name/version and operating system
- IP Address — Client IP at login time and any IP changes during the session
- Physical Location — Country and city (via GeoIP lookup)
- VPN / Proxy Detected — Whether the user connected via a VPN or proxy
- Device Fingerprint — Unique identifier for the device
- Status — Active, Expired, or Terminated
How to Manage Sessions
Go to Admin → Sessions. See all sessions filterable by user, status, date, and location.
Click "Terminate" on any active session. The user is immediately logged out and redirected to the login page.
Click a session row to see the full device fingerprint, location map, and complete page-by-page activity timeline.
Go to Security Settings → enable "Single Active Session Per User". This auto-terminates all older sessions when the user logs in from a new device.
If you see sessions from unfamiliar countries or with VPN/proxy detected, investigate immediately. Terminate the session and reset the user's password. Check activity logs to identify any data that may have been accessed.
