RentOyee generates professional, print-ready rental agreement certificates for each booking. These documents include all rental details and can serve as legally binding contracts between your business and your customers.
What's Included in a Certificate
- Business Header — Your business logo, official name, address, and contact details
- Business Stamp — Your digital seal/stamp displayed prominently
- Booking Reference Number — Unique ID for record-keeping and dispute resolution
- Customer Details — Full name, CNIC number, phone, address
- Vehicle Details — Make, model, year, color, registration number
- Rental Period — Start and end dates with exact times
- Payment Summary — Total rental amount, advance paid, security deposit, outstanding balance
- Driver Details — Driver name and license number (if a driver was assigned)
- Terms & Conditions — Your customizable rental terms text
- Signature Areas — Space for customer signature and authorized staff signature with date
How to Generate & Download a Certificate
Go to Bookings and open the relevant booking record.
Click the certificate button. A formatted preview opens in a new browser tab.
Carefully check all details — customer name, vehicle, dates, amounts. If anything is incorrect, close the preview and edit the booking first.
Click "Download PDF" to save the certificate. Print two copies — one for your records and one for the customer.
Have the customer sign both copies of the agreement before handing over the vehicle keys. Keep your signed copy on file. Signed agreements are critical protection in case of any future damage dispute.
