Payments & Billing
RentOyee tracks every financial transaction linked to your bookings. All payments are recorded with date, amount, method, and receipt reference — giving you a complete financial paper trail.
Payment Types
- Advance Payment — Partial amount taken at booking time to secure the reservation
- Full Payment — Complete booking amount paid upfront
- Balance Payment — Remaining amount collected when vehicle is returned
- Security Deposit — Refundable deposit held during the rental period
- Penalty / Extra Charges — Late return fee, fuel shortage, damage charges
- Extension Payment — Additional payment when rental period is extended
- Refund — Amount returned to the customer for cancellations or overpayment
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash — Physical cash collected at the office
- Bank Transfer / IBFT — Direct bank transfer (always record the transaction ref)
- JazzCash — Mobile wallet (record the JazzCash transaction ID)
- EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet (record the EasyPaisa transaction ID)
- Cheque — Bank cheque (record cheque number and bank)
- Card — Debit or credit card at POS terminal
How to Record a Payment
Go to Bookings and open the relevant booking record.
Click the Add Payment button in the Payments section of the booking detail page.
Fill in: Amount, Payment Type, Payment Method, Payment Date, and optionally a Receipt or Transaction Reference number.
Click Save. The outstanding balance on the booking updates automatically. A receipt notification is sent to the customer via SMS/email.
Payment Summary on Booking
- Total Amount — Full rental cost including any extras
- Total Paid — Sum of all confirmed payments recorded
- Outstanding Balance — Remaining amount the customer still owes
Always record the bank transfer reference number or JazzCash/EasyPaisa transaction ID when noting digital payments. This allows you to reconcile payments against your bank statement at month end.

- مکمل ادائیگی — پوری بکنگ رقم پیشگی
- بقایا ادائیگی — گاڑی واپسی پر باقی رقم
- سیکیورٹی ڈیپازٹ — واپس ہونے والی امانت
- جرمانہ — دیر سے واپسی، نقصان کی فیس
- توسیع ادائیگی — مدت بڑھانے کی ادائیگی
- واپسی — گاہک کو رقم واپس
ادائیگی کے طریقے
- نقد، بینک ٹرانسفر، جاز کیش، ایزی پیسہ، چیک، کارڈ
ادائیگی ریکارڈ کرنے کا طریقہ
رقم، قسم، طریقہ، تاریخ، اور حوالہ نمبر درج کریں۔
بقایا بیلنس خودکار اپ ڈیٹ ہوتا ہے۔ گاہک کو رسید اطلاع ملتی ہے۔
