Business Profile
Your business profile contains the official information about your rental company. This information appears prominently on all rental agreements, certificates, invoices, and the customer-facing portal.
Business Profile Fields
- Business Name — Official registered name of your company
- Business Type — Car Rental, Bike Rental, Truck Rental, or Mixed Fleet
- Logo — Company logo (PNG with transparent background recommended, minimum 400px wide)
- Stamp / Seal — Digital seal image displayed on rental agreements and certificates
- Primary Phone — Business contact number (shown on agreements)
- Secondary Phone — Alternative contact number
- Email Address — Official business email
- Physical Address — Full office/showroom address with city
- NTN — National Tax Number (from FBR, if registered)
- Business Registration No. — SECP or local Chamber of Commerce registration
- Rental Terms & Conditions — Default terms text printed on every rental agreement
How to Update Your Business Profile
Navigate from the sidebar to Settings → Business Profile.
All fields are editable. Update the business name, contact details, or any other information as needed.
Click on the existing logo image to open the file picker. Choose your new logo file. Repeat for the stamp/seal image.
Click "Save Profile". All certificates, agreements, and the customer portal reflect the updated information immediately.
Use a PNG logo with a transparent background for the best appearance on certificates and PDF documents. The logo is displayed at its natural aspect ratio — do not use an artificially stretched image.

- کاروبار کا نام — سرکاری رجسٹرڈ نام
- کاروبار کی قسم — کار رینٹل، بائیک، ٹرک، مکس
- لوگو — کمپنی کا لوگو (PNG، شفاف پس منظر)
- مہر/سیل — معاہدوں پر ڈیجیٹل مہر
- فون — کاروباری رابطہ نمبر
- ای میل — کاروباری ای میل
- پتہ — دفتر/شو روم کا مکمل پتہ
- NTN — قومی ٹیکس نمبر
- شرائط — ڈیفالٹ کرایہ کی شرائط متن
