GPS Tracking

RentOyee integrates with GPS tracker devices installed in your vehicles. Monitor real-time location, replay trip history, receive boundary violation alerts, and track engine status — all from within the admin panel.

Setting Up GPS Tracking

1Install a GPS Tracker

Have a GPRS/LTE GPS tracker device professionally installed in the vehicle. Note the device IMEI number printed on the device label.

2Add IMEI to Vehicle

Go to Vehicles → select the vehicle → Edit → enter the GPS Tracker IMEI in the designated field → Save.

3Configure the Tracker

Program the tracker device to send location data to the RentOyee tracking server. Contact support at +92 311 3999345 for the server credentials specific to your account.

4Verify Connection

Once connected, the vehicle profile shows a live location indicator. Click "View on Map" to see the real-time position on the interactive map.

  • Live Location — Real-time map view refreshed every 30 seconds
  • Trip History — Full route replay with timestamps for any date range
  • Geofence Alerts — Get notified when a vehicle leaves a defined geographic boundary
  • Speed Alerts — Alert when vehicle exceeds a set speed limit
  • Ignition Monitoring — Track engine on/off events and total engine hours
  • Idle Detection — Flag vehicles idling for too long (fuel waste)
Requirements:

The GPS tracker device must have an active SIM card with a mobile data plan. It must be able to reach the internet to transmit location data to RentOyee servers.

ٹریکر ڈیوائس کو RentOyee ٹریکنگ سرور کی طرف پوائنٹ کریں۔ تفصیلات کے لیے سپورٹ سے رابطہ کریں۔

4کنکشن جانچیں

ایک بار کنیکٹ ہونے پر، گاڑی پروفائل میں لائیو مقام کا اشارہ ظاہر ہوگا۔
