Vehicle Documents
Every vehicle must have its legal documents on file. RentOyee tracks expiry dates for each document and sends automatic alerts when renewals are approaching.
Required Vehicle Documents
- Registration Book (Log Book) — Official vehicle registration from MVRS/Excise
- Insurance Certificate — Valid comprehensive or third-party insurance policy
- Fitness Certificate — Annual roadworthiness certificate from the traffic authority
- Token Tax Receipt — Annual provincial token tax payment receipt
- Route Permit — Required for commercial vehicles and passenger transport
Expiry Alert Schedule
- 30 days before — First warning sent to manager via notification
- 7 days before — Urgent alert sent to manager and owner
- On expiry date — Critical alert; vehicle flagged as non-compliant
How to Upload Vehicle Documents
1Open Vehicle Profile
Go to Vehicles → click the vehicle's registration number.
2Click Documents Tab
Select the Documents tab in the vehicle profile.
3Upload & Set Expiry
For each document, upload the file and enter the expiry date. The expiry date is required for renewal alerts to work.
4Save
Documents are stored securely. The expiry calendar updates automatically.
Fleet Document Overview:
Go to Fleet → Document Alerts to see a consolidated dashboard of all vehicles with expiring or already-expired documents across your entire fleet in one place.

- رجسٹریشن بک (لاگ بک) — سرکاری گاڑی رجسٹریشن دستاویز
- بیمہ سرٹیفکیٹ — گاڑی کی درست بیمہ پالیسی
- فٹنس سرٹیفکیٹ — سالانہ سڑک کی اہلیت کا سرٹیفکیٹ
- ٹوکن ٹیکس رسید — سالانہ صوبائی ٹوکن ٹیکس
- روٹ پرمٹ — تجارتی گاڑیوں کے لیے
میعاد ختم ہونے کے الرٹس
- میعاد ختم ہونے سے 30 دن پہلے — پہلی وارننگ
- میعاد ختم ہونے سے 7 دن پہلے — فوری وارننگ
- میعاد ختم ہونے پر — ناگزیر الرٹ
