Revenue reports provide financial analysis of your business income — from daily cash collections to yearly summaries. Use these to understand business performance, plan budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
Available Revenue Reports
- Daily Revenue — Income collected on each individual day
- Monthly Summary — Month-by-month revenue comparison chart
- Revenue by Vehicle — Which vehicles in your fleet generate the most income
- Revenue by Customer — Top customers ranked by total spend
- Payment Method Breakdown — Cash vs bank transfer vs JazzCash vs EasyPaisa split
- Outstanding Dues Report — Total unpaid balances across all active and completed bookings
Key Metrics Explained
- Gross Revenue — Total amount billed across all bookings in the period
- Collected Revenue — Amount actually received as payments
- Outstanding Balance — Revenue billed but not yet collected
- Average Booking Value — Mean total amount per booking
- Fleet Utilization Rate — Percentage of days vehicles were actually on rent
How to Generate Revenue Reports
Navigate to Reports → Revenue Reports.
Choose: today, this week, this month, last 3 months, last year, or custom date range.
Revenue breakdown is displayed in interactive charts and sortable tables.
Export as PDF for management reporting or Excel/CSV for accounting.
Use the "Revenue by Vehicle" report monthly to identify your best and worst-performing assets. If a vehicle consistently generates low revenue, consider re-pricing or replacing it.
